Outside these areas? Request a date anyway — we travel further for larger events.
FAQ
Good to know
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as early as you can once you have a date — same-day isn't available online (we need time to set up), and requests within 2 days of the event aren't taken on the website. The sooner your date is locked in, the better your odds it's still open.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit secures your date as soon as you sign your agreement. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Do you handle delivery and setup?
Yes — delivery, setup, and pickup are included in every package. Our team handles the whole install; you don't need to be there for drop-off or collection unless you'd like to be.
What if it rains?
Message us as soon as you can. For outdoor bookings, we'll work with you on rescheduling or moving the setup indoors if there's space.
